DESCRIPTION: * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following counties, in central Ohio, Fayette and Madison. In southwest Ohio, Clinton and Warren. In west central Ohio, Clark, Greene and Montgomery. * WHEN...Until 915 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 114 AM EST, Local law enforcement reports numerous road closures due to high water. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Xenia, Springboro, London, Bellbrook, Jefferson, West Jefferson, Cedarville, Waynesville, Jamestown, South Charleston, Jeffersonville, Wilberforce, Lake Darby, New Jasper, Harveysburg, Spring Valley, Lafayette, Corwin, South Solon and Midway.
INSTRUCTION: Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
