DESCRIPTION: * WHAT...Elevated surf of 3 to 6 feet with sets up to 7 feet on south facing beaches expected. * WHERE...Orange County Coastal Areas. * WHEN...From 11 AM PDT this morning through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...Strong rip currents will create hazardous swimming conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South swell (190 degrees) at 3 feet with a period initially at 19 seconds Saturday afternoon, gradually falling to 16-17 seconds Sunday.
INSTRUCTION: Remain out of the water to avoid hazardous swimming conditions.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.

Freezing rain is a condition where precipitation which has fallen in the form of
