DESCRIPTION: * WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 19 expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 possible. * WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and southeast Georgia. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM EST this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM EST Monday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 4 AM to 9 AM EST Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Monday night through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Appropriate action should be taken to ensure tender vegetation and outdoor pets have adequate protection from the cold temperatures. Young children, the elderly and the homeless are especially vulnerable to the cold. Take measures to protect them.
INSTRUCTION: Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Secure outdoor objects. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to drip slowly.

Condensation is the process which creates clouds, and therefore
it is a crucial process in the water cycle.
Condensation is the change of matter from a state of gas into a state of liquid,
and it happens because water molecules release heat into the atmosphere and
become organized into a more closely packed structure, what we might see as
water droplets.
Water is always present in the air around us as a vapor, but it's too small for
us to see. When water undergoes the process of condensation it becomes organized
into visible water droplets. You've probably seen condensation happen before on the
surface of a cold drink!

The final form taken by a growing cumulus cloud is the
cumulonimbus cloud, which is very tall and dense.
The tower of a cumulonimbus cloud can soar 23 km into the atmosphere, although
most commonly they stop growing at an altitude of 6 km.
Even small cumulonimbus clouds appear very large in comparison to other cloud types.
They can signal the approach of stormy weather, such as thunderstorms or blizzards.
